Staff very friendly but pub itself is a disgrace
Lots of lovely people drink in it as pool table football on all the time has bingo night on a Sunday night with a free jukebox.

This pub is not made up of people barred from other pubs....I've worked here for nearly 7 years.. I think ave seen 2 fights..well more handbags at 10 paces....all good people drink in here..you will get a warm welcome in here...it's the customers who have kept the staff here.....the decor ain't pretty..it's an old pub...the amount of people who have walked into the first glass and thought..oh oh....but by the end of their visit they have gone away happy and glad to visit again....so give the pub a try..everyone's opinion is different. ....it is true bout john Docherty tho...hehe......sorry john...love you really :)
Been in once it was one too many the customers are made up with the people that the other pubs have barred and they all seem that they want to fight with any stranger who dares enter not a nice place
