Really annoyed - website allowed me to place an order for birthday flowers on Sat Dec 29th for delivery Monday Dec 31st. The money was taken but flowers not delivered as shop was closed. I only found out on Thu Jan 3rd when Mary Brogan called me that the flowers had not been delivered. Very disappointed!
