Said I wasn't going to use them again after the last 3 times but had no other option tonight, told it would be 10 mins, 35mins later one appears. If they can't find your house they don't bother phoning they just cancel it and say you missed it.

hung up on me, tried to book a pick up from city centre, was willing to wait as long as it took to ensure I was guaranteed a taxi home but was refused a reservation
Just phoned for a taxi never used this company via the address I'm at and was told address blocked so due to someone else's wrong doings I can't use this service told them it's the first time I've phoned from this address and the reply well the address is barred I will not use this service again and I will be letting friends and family know not to use this company either it's disgraceful that they block an entire close from using their service even though my friend who's family member work s at this company highly recommended the service..... Edit I would just like this opportunity to say thank you to Pamela from this company for contacting me personally after seeing the top Review after much discussion Pamela has helped me resolve the situation so due to that I believe they deserve the 5star rating
